Pay in 3 will allow you to spread the value of your purchase over 3 instalments. Each instalment will be automatically charged to the debit or credit card you registered at checkout.
If you wish to make a purchase with Klarna using Pay in 3 you must be of legal age and able to enter into a legally binding contract.
We will ask you for the following information:
- Your telephone number
- Billing address
- A valid debit/credit card
- ID card
All correspondence will be sent to your e-mail, but we also need your mobile phone number in case we need to contact you. It is important that this information is up to date so that you can receive the payment schedule for your purchase and notifications of any updates to your order.
Select Klarna as your payment method in the payment gateway at SECRET FAUNA. You will then be redirected to our partner Klarna's platform, where you will need to create a Klarna account and enter your details. You will receive a response in less than 2 minutes about the approval of your installment payment.
With Pay in 3 installments we won't charge you interest or fees. You won't pay penalties, either as long as you stick to the automatic payment schedule. If you are late in completing your payments, we may charge you a penalty. Any payments that are not completed, including any penalties that are added, will be charged on the next installment.
As responsible lenders, we want to ensure that we help our customers make the right financial decisions for their circumstances. When we run a credit check, we verify your identity using the details you provided and examine information from your credit history to understand your financial behavior and assess your creditworthiness. Our outsourced credit checks are performed by Experian. If you have any questions about the services offered by this company, we recommend that you contact them directly. These credit checks are not visible to other banks or lenders and do not affect your credit score in any way. These checks are carried out in accordance with Klarna's Terms and Conditions.
PAYMENT OF DUES
When you choose Pay in 3, Klarna will automatically take the instalments from the card you registered at checkout. You can find out when payments will be charged in the email you received at checkout or by logging into your Klarna account. If the automatic payment fails, we will try again within 7 days. If the payment fails once again, we will make another attempt after another 7 days (14 days after the first attempt).
Your second and third payments will automatically be taken from the card you entered at checkout. If you need to change your payment card, simply log in to the Klarna app, go to your Pay in 3 order, select "Change card" and add your new card details.
If on the due date we are unable to collect the amount due on your chosen payment method, we will send you a notification and give you a courtesy period of two to seven days to update your payment method or to ensure that you have funds available on your default payment method. If you update your card, we may attempt to recover the outstanding payment immediately. If not, we will attempt to recover to your original card again at the end of the two to seven day period. It is important that you ensure you have sufficient funds available to complete your payment on the due date. If we are unable to collect the second instalment during the grace period, we will add the unpaid total to the final instalment, including a late payment penalty.
If you do not make payment by the end of the courtesy period you will be in default of payment and in addition to any other actions we are entitled to take, we may charge you a late payment penalty in the following amounts; i) four (4) Euros per instalment if the total value of the purchase is less than 49.90 Euros, ii) seven (7) Euros per instalment if the total value of the purchase is between 50 and 199.99 Euros, iii) twelve (12) Euros per instalment if the total value of the purchase is equal to or greater than 200 Euros, or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law if it is less than 200 Euros. If you do not make payment you may not be able to use this service again in the future. We may continue to attempt recovery on subsequent due dates. If it is not possible to collect the remaining amount by the third instalment, we may invoice you for the remaining amount to be paid immediately or we may follow our debt collection procedures in which case you will have to pay all reasonable costs incurred by Klarna and/or the collection agency.
You can pay for your purchases at any time and we won't charge you extra for early payment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you return your purchase, we will cancel any outstanding payments and refund the amount we have already charged to your card, after approval of the return by SECRET FAUNA. In order to do so, you must comply with the merchant's return and exchange policy. Any partial refund will reduce your total balance, but will not be considered a full payment. You will continue to be required to pay the outstanding installments according to the payment plan established at the time of purchase on the due dates until the total purchase is paid in full. If you have a credit balance, we may credit the balance to your card or any other card on file with us.
