1. SECRET FAUNA's Commitment
SECRET FAUNA is committed to working under the highest ethical and quality standards. Our jewelry is crafted in Spain, using solid gold and conflict-free natural and lab-grown diamonds. We have a team of professional piercers with years of experience who assess quality controls and product designs and are available and happy to advise you in case of any questions.
Our mission is to offer a local product that brings piercing professionals closer to ethical and sustainable jewelry. We are deeply committed to contributing to the growth of the piercing industry by providing high-quality, safe, and innovative jewelry that elevates the standards of professional piercing. Our goal is to support and collaborate with professionals who share our dedication to excellence and safety in the industry.
2. Requirements for the Seller
To maintain the quality and prestige of SECRET FAUNA, we would like to ask you to:
- Respect your customers and spaces as much as our jewelry.
- Display our jewelry in a clean, well-maintained, and well-lit area.
- Ensure that all jewelry is properly processed before being used for piercings or jewelry changes.
- Maintain a minimum retail price of 2.5 times the purchase price.
We reserve the right to refuse brand admission if it considers that the Seller does not meet the appropriate standards or is too close to another store carrying a large stock of our products.
3. Jewelry Warranty and Repairs
We stand behind our products and offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and breakage from normal use (loose of gemstones, chain rips, pin breakage). As our pieces are made of gold, they should be treated with care to ensure they last a lifetime. The warranty does not cover:
- Improper use of the jewelry.
- Mishandling or accidental damage.
- Incorrect installation.

4. Order and Delivery Conditions
We will process and ship orders based on product availability. Since our pieces are handmade - and some products made to order, production and fulfillment could take up to four (4) weeks. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will always be communicated to you before the time of purchase through our sales portal.
5. Return and Exchange Policy
Please understand that due to the nature of our jewelry and for sanitary reasons, returns are only accepted for defective products or shipping errors. If an issue arises, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order so we can offer you a solution. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to deny returns if the product has been misused or altered.
6. Confidentiality
As part of our community we will trust you with our business details, and in return, we would ask that you keep all confidential information— including wholesale pricing, non-announced new collections and products, and business strategies — private, even after our agreement ends. Let’s keep each other business safe!
7. Marketing and Branding Guidelines
We would love you to be an Ambassador of our brand. Since we want our brand to be represented consistently, we would ask you to follow our marketing guidelines and not modify our logo, packaging, or promotional materials without our authorization.
